Terms and Cancellation Conditions for Stays at SUNDISK Family Facilities
Introductory Provisions

Customer:
A natural or legal person using accommodation and related services provided by the operator.

Subject of the Contract
The operator provides the customer with accommodation services and possibly other additional services based on a reservation made by the customer. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with the use of these services.

Reservation and Payment
Reservation: Can be made online, by phone, or by email. The reservation is binding upon confirmation by the operator.
Deposit: The operator reserves the right to require a deposit in an amount determined according to the length and date of stay. If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation may be canceled.
Balance: The remaining part of the accommodation price is payable upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation price.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation price.
Cancellation must be made in writing by email to ubytovani@sundiskfamily.cz. The decisive factor is the date and time the email is sent.
For larger groups, individual cancellation conditions may be agreed upon.
Exceptions may be made in the case of unforeseeable events such as a death in the family, hospitalization, a call-up order, or a natural disaster, if supported by appropriate documents (the document must be provided within 3 days of the event).

Rights and Obligations of the Customer
Use of premises: The customer is entitled to use the rented premises and common areas of the facility.
Compliance with rules: The customer is obliged to comply with the rules of the accommodation facility and follow the operator's instructions.
Liability for damages: The customer is responsible for damages caused to the operator's property. In the event of damage to equipment or facilities, the customer is obliged to cover the costs of repair or replacement.

Rights and Obligations of the Operator
Provision of services: The operator is obliged to provide the agreed services to the agreed extent and quality.
Liability for damages: The operator is liable for damages caused to the customer only in the case of demonstrable breach of obligations by the operator.

Complaints and Grievances
In case of dissatisfaction with the services, the customer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints must be submitted without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after the deficiency is discovered. Complaints can be sent to the email info@sundisk.cz or in writing to the operator's registered office address.

Data Protection
The operator processes customers' personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations and data protection principles. Detailed information on personal data processing is available on the operator's website.

Final Provisions
These terms and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation contract between the operator and the customer. The operator reserves the right to change these conditions. The current version of the conditions is always available on the operator's website.
